Week 1: Discovering and getting to know yourself
Assessment, Grounding, Installing resourcing on inner calm and self place to help you connect with yourself and open the channel to your intuition that was blocked by your past experiences and traumas. This process will help you understand how your past and current experience affect each part of your body, your mind, and how your negative memory stuck in your body, cell, and organs.
Week 2: Installing a personal cheerleader
Finding, installing, Awakening the inner cheerleader, and getting rid of the critic’s voice. Discover when, how, and why you start to criticize yourself. You will be able to build a strong inner cheerleader (Empowering tool) that will help you discover to root cause of your depression, anxiety, and shame-based trauma and use your inner cheerleader to encourage and empower you through this healing process.
Week 3: Releasing physical and emotional pain
Finding triggers of emotional and physical symptoms. Understand where what, and when Depression and Anxiety are coming from, and the statement you tell yourself to keep you stuck in the pain state. Using energy psychology to change to feeling and lower the effect of these symptoms with breathing to releasing painful energy and Emotional Freedom therapy.
Week 4: Uncover the old life mission statement and how to start creating a new one
Inner child work (Hypnotherapy), uncovers where, when, and how your inner child got locked away, rescued the inner child, and changed the role, understanding the tasks in the family you took on as a child and finally Upgrading your Inner child.
Week 5: Rewired your operating system by digging deep to find negative core beliefs that are blocking you
We will uncover the habits or symptoms that hold you back from moving forward with your life or thoughts and beliefs that cause you to keep going back to familiar places or self-sabotage/or self-destructive behavior. We will eradicate, ease, and rewiring your mind operating system.
Week 6: Moving forward: Rebooting the system by bringing the body and mind back to the original state
Learning how Emotional trauma can create disease and physical symptoms. Understanding Automatic Nervous system and flight or flight and freeze response that cause pain and toxic to struck in the body Coaching on self-love, finding and activating self-love and gratitude.
